You, as the client, are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your architectural project.
This includes architectural plans, design specifications, reference materials, and any other relevant details. Grafik Renders will rely on the information provided by you,
and any errors or inaccuracies in the information may affect the quality of the final render.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights related to the Services,
belong to Grafik Renders. The architectural renderings and any other deliverables provided to you are licensed to you for your specific use and may not be reproduced,
modified, distributed, or used for any other purposes without our prior written consent.
